FedEx Express named one of Britain’s top employers 2013

Not only are they treating our boxes and parcels with respect they’re also treating their employees with respect too! Their philosophy is that if they take care of their employees then they in turn will be encouraged to do their job well and look after the customers property. We often hear horror stories of cardboard boxes turning up ruined with their contents broken, frequently this can be because they have been badly treated on their journey. By offering their staff the opportunity to learn new skills with training courses as well as giving rewards with their reward scheme, FedEx Express have encouraged their employees to treat the packages in their care with the up-most respect without having to drill it into them.

The way this scheme has been run is not only a credit to FedEx but also to their employees and as customers we hope this will lead to an even better standard of service.
